I was raised in New England and graduated from RISD in 1986.

Throughout my years of painting I have mostly turned to landscape to express feeling I am unable to put to words. I love how pigment mixed with oil or charcoal softly blended can convey so much emotion. I try to create spaces which evoke a sense of quiet and calm.
